Facility Updates
We want to keep you informed about upcoming maintenance and access changes to ensure your visit goes smoothly. Please review the following updates regarding floor closures and entry procedures during this period:

• 3rd Floor
  • Closed until February 12 for cleaning and maintenance
• 2nd & 3rd Floors
  • Locked during this period.
  • The office will be available by phone and email. If you need to come into the office during office hours, call ahead or upon arrival, and they will let you in.
• 1st Floor (Snack Bar):
  • Open during the day
  • Enter using the ocean-side keypad if doors are locked
  • Need the keypad code? Call the office during open hours

Dues Statements – Check Your Inbox!
Dues statements have been emailed. If you didn’t receive yours, check your spam folder and confirm your email in your member account. Prefer paper statements? Contact the office.

• Dues are due January 31.
• Late payments incur a $150 fee.
• Pay online, by phone, or by check.
• Credit card payments include a 3% processing fee.

The holiday season is the perfect time to thank our incredible staff for all they do to make the Club a wonderful place. In lieu of traditional bonuses, we come together as members to provide a special Christmas gift as a token of appreciation. Your contribution helps us show how much we value their hard work and dedication throughout the year.

Our staff goes above and beyond—not only during the busy summer months, but also for special occasions and private parties. They keep the Club looking its best and deliver delicious meals and snack bar favorites with care. The best way to say thank you is to contribute to their Christmas gift.

📬 Reminder: Paying Account Balances Before Fiscal Year-End

As we approach the end of the fiscal year, we kindly remind all members to settle any outstanding account balances by October 31.

You can make payments in any of the following ways:

• Online through the Club website

Iron Man Triathlon – October 24–25, 2025

The Hanover Seaside Club is proud to host the Iron Man Triathlon on Friday and Saturday, October 24–25. Event activities will take place in the main parking lot and sound side dock.

🚧 Please note:

• The main parking lot will be closed from Friday afternoon through Saturday afternoon.
• Club members may use the gravel parking lot during this time.
