💳 Dues & Account Balances
It’s that time of year again! Our fiscal year began November 1, and we’re working to make sure everyone’s accounts are up to date. Annual dues are due by January 31, so now’s the perfect time to check your balance and take care of any payments. Here’s what you need to know:
- Dues statements were emailed in December. Didn’t receive yours?
- Check your spam folder
- Confirm your email in your member account
- Prefer paper statements? Contact the office

- Starting February 1, a $150 late payment fee will be applied to accounts with unpaid dues (per the new late payment policy shared at the annual meeting)

🏠Facility Access & Maintenance
To keep our spaces fresh and ready for the season, please note upcoming maintenance and access information:
- 3rd Floor
- Closed until February 12 for cleaning and maintenance
- 2nd & 3rd Floors
- Locked during this period.
- The office will be available by phone and email. If you need to come into the office during office hours, call ahead or upon arrival, and they will let you in.
- 1st Floor (Snack Bar):
- Open during the day
- Enter using the ocean-side keypad if doors are locked
- Need the keypad code? Call the office during open hours
🛏 Off-Season Room Rentals
Beginning February 12, the upstairs rooms will be available for rent.
- Two-night minimum stay
- Call the office to check availability and make reservations

As a reminder, email is now an official method for membership communication under the updated Constitution. If you’ve changed your address, phone, or email, please update your details:

📌 Important: USPS Postmark Changes & Room Reservations
You may have seen recent updates about how the USPS is handling postmarks—and this could impact your HSC room reservation. The committee uses postmarks when assigning rooms, so here’s what you need to do:
- ✅ Take your reservation inside the post office
- ✅ Ask for a hand-stamped postmark
It only takes a few extra minutes, and it ensures your reservation is properly dated—much better than explaining to your family why you didn’t get a room!
