Dear Members,
Effective immediately, we are implementing new guidance regarding wristband compliance and how to handle individuals on club property who may not be members.
All members and their guests are required to have their wristbands on them at all times while on club property. This helps staff easily identify members and maintain a secure and welcoming environment for everyone.
Starting today, a private security officer will be stationed at the front gate, daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Members and guests must present wristbands to enter the property. Guest wristbands are available at the parking lot station or the Club Office during these hours. No one will be allowed on club property without a wristband.
Additionally, if you encounter someone who is not wearing a wristband or who you believe may not be a member:
- Do not approach or confront the individual.
It is not the responsibility of members to police the property or enforce rules. - Call the Club Office (910-256-2726) or notify a staff member immediately.
Management is trained to handle these situations discreetly and appropriately.
Please also know that the Board is actively reviewing and considering additional security measures to further ensure the safety and comfort of all members and guests.
Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain a safe and respectful community.
Warm regards,
Hanover Seaside Club Board of Directors
