All Regular and Seasonal Members are invited to attend our upcoming Board Meeting!

• 🕕 Time: 5:30 PM (Executive Session begins)
• 🕕 Regular Meeting: Approximately 6:00 PM
• 📍 Location:  St. Paul’s Lutheran Church (12 N 6th St, Wilmington, NC 28401)

Due to dinner in the Club Dining Room, the meeting will be held offsite at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. We’ll begin with an Executive Session at 5:30 PM, followed by the regular meeting around 6:00 PM, which will be open to all members.

If you’d like to speak at the meeting, please contact President Dan Harris to be added to the agenda.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us for our July 4th Celebration! Your presence, energy, and patriotic spirit made the day truly special.

From the early morning breakfast to the lively lunch gathering, it was a joy to see our members come together to celebrate Independence Day with such enthusiasm. We hope you enjoyed the delicious meals, the festive atmosphere, and the chance to connect with fellow club members and friends.

A special shoutout goes to our incredible volunteers—your hard work and dedication behind the scenes made everything run smoothly. From setting up tables to organizing games and managing logistics, you helped create a day full of joy and lasting memories. We couldn’t have done it without you!

We also appreciate everyone’s cooperation with the parking and wristband guidelines—it helped ensure a safe and organized event for all.

Thank you again for making this celebration one to remember. We’re already looking forward to next year!

The following weeks have room availability. Please call the Club office to make reservations:

• July 24-26: Room 14 is available!
• July 26-August 2: Room 10 is available!
• August 16-23: Rooms 10 and 12 are available!
• August 23-30: Room 2 is available!
• End of August into September: Rooms are available for partial weeks, which are available to book now.

All summer room reservations must be paid for at the time of the reservation. Weekly meal charges are paid at check out.

~Dining Room Rotating Menu and Reservation Reminders~

Twice the variety, double the deliciousness—our weekly menus are here to keep your taste buds on their toes! Come hungry and enjoy something new each week!

📅 Week 1 (July 21-25)

• Mon: Southern Comfort – Fried Chicken or Pork Chops + classic sides
• Tues: Taco Tuesday – Beef or Chicken, Tortillas, Bowls, Salads & all the toppings
• Thurs: Italian Night – Lasagna or Pesto Shrimp with Penne Alfredo + veggie sides
• Fri: Seafood Night – Flounder or Shrimp + hush puppies & more

📅 Week 2 (July 14-18, July 28–August 1)

• Mon: Classic Comforts – Fried Chicken or Meatloaf + homestyle sides
• Tues: Taco Tuesday – Same great options as Week 1
• Thurs: Asian-Inspired – Teriyaki Chicken or Hibachi Shrimp + fried rice
• Fri: Seafood Night – Flounder or Shrimp + Southern veggie sides

Reservations are required for all meals served in the Dining Room. To reserve meals, call the Club office at 910-256-2726.

• Breakfast: Reserve by 12:00 PM the day before
• Weekday meals: Reserve by 2:00 PM the day of
• Sunday meals: Reserve by 5:00 PM the Friday before

Members are responsible for payment of all reserved meals and no-shows. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

~Snack Bar Schedule~

Summer snack bar hours are as follows:

• Tuesday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Closed Mondays (except holidays)

~In Memoriam~

We extend our heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Don Steele, who passed away on July 4, 2025. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Wrightsville United Methodist Church, located at 4 Live Oak Drive, Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina.
