Summer Room Reservations
Bills for summer room rentals have been emailed. If you did not receive a statement or a call regarding your room assignment, please contact the front desk. While most members who requested a room were successfully booked, not everyone received their preferred room.
Please note:
- There are only three rooms with full baths and two rooms with three beds, and demand for these rooms often exceeds availability.
- The front desk is not responsible for room assignments, so please refrain from calling to complain about them. A committee of seven members worked diligently to accommodate as many members as possible.
Payment for Rooms
Payments must be made by Friday, May 2. Due to our hotel software limitations, online payments through the website are not possible. You can either:
- Mail a check to our PO Box
- Call the Club office with your credit card number
Available Rooms
The following weeks have room availability. Please call the Club office to make reservations:
- May 23-31
- May 31-June 7*
- June 14-21*
- August 2-9
- August 9-16
- August 16-23*
- August 23-September 6
*These weeks have several rooms available, making them ideal times to bring guests.
Member Contact Information
If your mailing address, phone number, or email address has changed, please contact the front office to update your account.
Opening Letter
The opening letter with automobile stickers will be ready on Mother’s Day. If you will be at the Club that day, please stop by the office between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM to pick up your envelope. Wristbands and boat stickers will be available as well! If you have an outstanding balance on your account (dues, merchandise, meals, rooms, etc.), you will not receive a letter, stickers, or wristbands. To pay all outstanding balances, you can call the Club office with your credit card number or mail a check to the PO Box.
Lockers
Small inside lockers are available to rent for $10/year. If you are interested, please call the office. All other lockers have a waitlist. If you rented a locker last year, your locker payment was included in your dues bill.
Merchandise
We have a variety of merchandise available for purchase, including t-shirts for adults and children, coffee mugs, koozies, cups with lids, and more. Stop by the parlor to see our offerings. Purchases can be made when the office is open, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Beach Cameras
Ever wished you could enjoy the club’s stunning beach view from the comfort of your home? Or wondered if the weather at the club is better than in town? Now you can! Just log into your member account on hanoverseaside.club and select ‘camera on 605’ in the Member Links to check out the view anytime!

Easter Egg Hunt
Join us for our annual Easter Egg Hunt!

👶 Ages: Children 10 and under
RSVP: Please call the club office by noon on Wednesday, April 16, so the Easter Bunny knows how many eggs to hide! This is a free event, but don’t forget to bring your Easter basket!
Easter Buffett
Celebrate Easter with a delicious buffet!
📅 Date: Sunday, April 20
🕦 Seating Options: 11:30 AM (sold out) or 1:30 PM (limited space available!)
Menu: Honey glazed ham, Herb roasted pork tenderloin, Sweet potato casserole, Mac & cheese, Brown sugar glazed carrots, Green beans, Salad bar, Roll, and Apple crisp for dessert

- $20 adults
- $11 children (ages 6-12)
- $6 toddlers (ages 3-5)
Reservations required: Make your reservations for the 1:30 PM seating now! Please call the club office ASAP to secure your spot!
Spring Workday
Mark your calendars! Our annual Spring Workday is just around the corner. Join us for property clean-up and small maintenance projects on Saturday, May 3 at 10 AM.

Menu: Prime Rib & Grilled Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes, Mac & Cheese, Summer Squash, Broccoli, Salad Bar, Roll, and Caramel Cheesecake for dessert

- $20 adults
- $11 children (ages 6-12)

Opening Weekend Porch Party
Join us for our annual opening weekend porch party!

- BYOB (Bring your own beverages, but please remember: no glassware is allowed on porches, decks, or in the snack bar area.)
