     🚗 Important Parking Notice Only vehicles with TEAL parking stickers will be allowed in the HSC parking lots on July 4th – no exceptions.

All Regular and Seasonal Members are invited to attend our upcoming Board Meeting!

Due to dinner in the Club Dining Room, the meeting will be held offsite in the evening. We’re currently finalizing the time and location and will share those details as soon as they’re confirmed.

Time to Settle Your Account

Have you charged meals, snack bar items, or merchandise to your member account? Don’t forget to check your balance and make a payment!

• Online: Log in at www.hanoverseaside.club to view your statement and pay.
• By Phone: Call the front desk to check your balance and make a payment over the phone.

Statements should be paid by the end of each month. Thanks for staying up to date!

Parking & Wristband Reminder

All vehicles must display a member sticker or guest pass—no exceptions. Cars without a sticker or guest pass will be towed at the owner’s expense.

• Guest passes & wristbands: Pick them up from the parking lot attendant on weekends or the office if the attendant is unavailable.If both are closed, leave a note on your dash with the member’s name and number.

Wristbands must be worn or visible at all times on Club property—including when coming up from the beach.

Dining Room Reservations and Rotating Menu

Reservations are required for all meals served in the Dining Room. To reserve meals, call the Club office at 910-256-2726.

• Breakfast: Reserve by 12:00 PM the day before
• Weekday meals: Reserve by 2:00 PM the day of
• Sunday meals: Reserve by 5:00 PM the Friday before

Members are responsible for payment of all reserved meals and no-shows. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Our kitchen is serving up two delicious weekly menus this month—each packed with variety and flavor! All meals include dessert & drink.

📅 Week 1 (July 7–11, July 21-25)

• Mon: Southern Comfort – Fried Chicken or Pork Chops + classic sides
• Tues: Taco Tuesday – Beef or Chicken, Tortillas, Bowls, Salads & all the toppings
• Thurs: Italian Night – Lasagna or Pesto Shrimp with Penne Alfredo + veggie sides
• Fri: Seafood Night – Flounder or Shrimp + hush puppies & more

📅 Week 2 (June 30–July 4, July 14-18, July 28–August 1)

• Mon: Classic Comforts – Fried Chicken or Meatloaf + homestyle sides
• Tues: Taco Tuesday – Same great options as Week 1
• Thurs: Asian-Inspired – Teriyaki Chicken or Hibachi Shrimp + fried rice
• Fri: Seafood Night – Flounder or Shrimp + Southern veggie sides

Snack Bar Schedule

Summer snack bar hours are as follows:

• Tuesday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Saturday–Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Closed Mondays (except holidays)

Available Rooms

The following weeks have room availability. Please call the Club office to make reservations:

• July 5-12: Room 11 is available!
• August 16-23: Rooms 10 and 12 are available!
• August 23-30: Rooms 2 and 7 are available!

All summer room reservations must be paid for at the time of the reservation. Weekly meal charges are paid at check out.
