PARKING STICKERS: Parking stickers were included with the opening letter. Please have the current sticker affixed to cars by May 27. The primary color will be orange. One car per family with the primary sticker will be the only one allowed to park on May 27th and July 4th.

WRISTBANDS: Stop by the office to pick up your wristband.

OFFICE HOURS: Summer hours will begin Friday, May 26. The office will be open daily 9 am – 6 pm.

SNACK BAR: Open weekends for now from 11 – 4 (no hot food after 3:00). Summer snack bar schedule will begin on June 10. The snack bar menu is changing. A few items were changed/discontinued in an effort to reduce costs. We are doing our best to keep snack bar rates reasonable, however, food costs continue to rise. The menu and pricing will be available at the snack bar and online. Like last year, you may order at the snack bar window, by calling in your order, or by using the online ordering system at www.hanoverseaside.club.

UPCOMING SOCIAL EVENTS & MEALS:

Reservations are required for all meals. Make your reservation by calling the Club at 910.256.2726. Reservations for meals on Sunday should be made prior to 2:00 PM on Thursday, and weekdays by 1:00 PM the day prior to date of reservation, unless otherwise acceptable by the Club Manager. Members are responsible for payment of all meals reserved and for all no-shows. Cancellations must be 24 hours prior to the meal or payment will be required. Menus will be posted on the blog. Prices below, but are subject to change by the board due to rising food costs. Notification of price changes will be sent via email and posted on the blog.

Breakfast Buffet 8:30 am – starting Friday, May 26 and every morning except Sunday which is a continental breakfast. Adults $9, Children 6-12 $6, Toddler $3 (7% tax will be added to all meals).

Friday, May 26th 6:30 – Prime Rib and Grilled Shrimp, Rice Pilaf, Broccoli, Green Beans with Bacon, Salad Bar, Rolls, Dessert. Adults $18, Children 6-12 $8.50, Toddler $3.50 (7% tax will be added to all meals).

Opening Weekend – May 27 Porch Party: Come join us from 6-9 pm for the official “Opening Weekend” of our club. Members are asked to bring an appetizer to share. There will be live music and lots of fellowship! Guests are welcome to join you. While reservations are not required, we ask that you call the office with a number so we have sufficient supplies on hand. Tea, water and coffee provided, otherwise, BYOB of choice. Two raffle baskets full of summertime fun and essentials will be available. Tickets are $5 each or 5 tickets for $20 (cash only). Vince Stout will be playing the steel drum.

Sunday May 28th 12:30 – Fried Chicken or Pork Tenderloin, Mac and cheese, Sweet Potato Casserole, Cabbage, Salad Bar, Rolls, Dessert. Adults $18, Children 6-12 $8.50, Toddler $3.50 (7% tax will be added to all meals).

Friday, June 2nd  6:30 – Fried Flounder or Fried Shrimp, Corn on the Cob, Collards, Butterbeans, Salad Bar, Rolls, Dessert. Adults $18, Children 6-12 $8.50, Toddler $3.50 (7% tax will be added to all meals).

Sunday, June 4th 12:30 – Fried Chicken or BBQ Pork, Slaw, Green Beans with Bacon, Potato Salad, Salad Bar, Rolls, Dessert. Adults $18, Children 6-12 $8.50, Toddler $3.50 (7% tax will be added to all meals).

Kid’s Day – June 24th: Join us from 5:00-8:00 pm for our annual Kid’s Day at the Club. $5 per child includes one Hot Dog ($8 pp if you’d like two dogs), Chips, Cookie and a juice box or water. Additional waters for sale for $1.00. Bounce House Obstacle course for the kids. Please call the office to secure your reservations by June 20.

Room Rental Policies: 

Off-season room rentals: Bills for off-season rentals must be paid at the time of reservation. Rooms will be held for no longer than one week after the reservation is made without payment. A full refund will be made provided the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to move in date. In emergency situations, the refund policy for off-season rentals may be changed by the Board.

When staying on the third floor, please remember to bring your pillows. No linens or pillows are provided.

Renting rooms for partial weeks during the summer season: If rooms remain available one month prior to a request for a partial week, the room will be rented for a shorter period of time. Minimum stay is 2 nights.

Help us keep our facility neat and clean!  

No beach chairs, toys, boogies boards, etc. can be left on porches or under stairwells Chair racks are for use by those renting rooms on the 3rd floor ONLY

Surfboards, clothing, and personal belongings should not be placed on picnic tables

Trash should be placed in designated containers

Tables in the snack bar area should be wiped clean after use

Any belongings left where they do not belong will be removed.
