Annual Meeting: The Annual Meeting of Regular Members will be held on Saturday, October 23 at 2:00pm. In an effort to keep members safe, the Board has decided that the meeting will be held in the parking lot. We will follow the same procedure as last year.
- The parking lot will close to all but those Regular Members attending the meeting at noon. The gravel lot will be available for those wanting to go to the beach.
- Arrive early so that you can get checked in and receive all pertinent handouts prior 2:00
- Please place a sheet of paper with your name and member number printed large and dark on the driver side of the dash. If there is more than one voting member in the car, please use a separate sheet for each voting member. Remember, one vote per member family.
- The meeting will be broadcast on your radio. You will be given an instruction sheet at check in that explains which FM station to tune into, how to ask questions/make comments, etc.
- You will be provided with ballots and everything needed to vote from your car. Tellers will pick up your ballots at the end of voting.
- Bathrooms will be available on the 1st and 2nd floors of the Club. If you enter the Club, you must wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose.
UPCOMING MENUS: Members have 2 weeks left to use their annual dining room minimum. For Friday dinners, please call in your reservation by 3:00pm on Thursday. For Sunday lunch, reservations are due by 3:00pm Friday.
Friday dinner is served at 6:00pm. Sunday lunch begins agt 1:00pm.

Sunday, October 24 ~ Fried Chicken or Lasagna, Green Beans, Cabbage, Corn on the Cob, Salad, Rolls, Bread Pudding
Friday, October 29 ~ Fried Shrimp or Fried Flounder, Coleslaw, Corn on the Cob, Roasted Potatoes, Salad, Rolls, Banana Pudding
Sunday, October 31 ~ Fried Chicken or Meatloaf, Collards, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli, Salad, Rolls, Raspberry Jello Cake
Meal service will end on October 31. We will be having special meals during the winter months, but routine Friday and Sunday meals will not be served.

December 18-January 31 ~ CLUB CLOSED No rooms will be rented, meals served, or events booked during this time. This gives us time to perform larger maintenance needs and for our managers to take vacation.
HOODIES: Quite a few members have already ordered their HSC hoodies. Don’t forget, the deadline is Thursday, October 21 at 6:00pm. More information was e-mailed and posted on the blog yesterday. Be sure to follow the directions for ordering in yesterday’s message. I failed to mention that hoodies are unisex sizing. If you live out of town and would like your hoodie mailed, we can do that for you. A $10 shipping and handling fee will be charged. Hoodies will be sent priority mail. Please be sure to let me know that you need shipping in the e-mail when you order your hoodie. Also, make sure the office has your correct mailing address!
