Nominating Committee Notice

The nominating committee hereby posts notice that we are seeking candidates for Officers and Board members for the 2014 election.

There are five (5) openings for the 2014 Board of Directors.  Those positions are:

President – 1 year term

Vice President – 1 year term

Secretary/Treasurer – 1 year term

2 Board Members – 3 year terms

All interested “REGULAR” members wishing to serve in any of the Board positions must submit to the Nominating Committee the formal Board of Directors Nomination Form – 2014.  Forms may be downloaded from the HSC Documents Tab in the Member Section of the website or picked up from the Club office.  The webmaster will also e-mail you a copy if you request it.

The Nomination Form must be received between October 1, 2013 and December 1, 2013.  Forms that are postmarked OR received after December 1, 2013 will not be considered.
