2026-Summer Room Rental requests open TODAY

🎉 TODAY’S THE DAY! 🎉

The countdown is over and the mailbox is calling! 📬

Summer Room Rental requests officially open TODAY, Monday, March 2!

If you’re dreaming of salty breezes, seaside sunsets, and another wonderful summer at the Club, now’s the time to get your request in the mail. Remember—members may mail requests starting today, and family/guest requests begin Monday, March 9.

📝 Before you seal the envelope:

  • Be sure you’re using the updated Room Reservation Information Form and Room Reservation Form, both available on our website.
  • Visit www.hanoverseaside.club, click Quick Links, and look near the top of the page for room information, Summer 2026 rates, and current meal pricing (no rate changes this season!).
  • Read the information page carefully—it’s your best friend during reservation season.

📌 Important: USPS Postmark Changes & Room Reservations

You may have seen recent updates about how the USPS is handling postmarks—and this could impact your HSC room reservation. The committee uses postmarks when assigning rooms, so here’s what you need to do:

✅ Take your reservation inside the post office

✅ Ask for a hand-stamped postmark

It only takes a few extra minutes, and it ensures your reservation is properly dated!

The House Committee is gearing up for another busy season and truly appreciates your help in following the guidelines and including alternate weeks whenever possible.

Here’s to warm days, ocean air, and another fantastic summer ahead! ☀️🌊
